This gem was sent to me at work today by Tim Sjobeck of Rosenthal Plumbing in Santa Cruz, California. Not only is this piece fun and entertaining - it works so well on so many different levels. This video does a perfect job of boosting company morale, improving team-building, making workers aware of the company's stance on employee empowerment, establish a clearly defined company culture - all the while sprinkled with a bit of consumer education and viral marketing.
